If you have just setup a new Mac, you might have realized that by default, Safari is opening links in a new window. This drove me crazy when I realized it. Seriously, are they trying to go back in time and compete with IE? Ok, so here are a quick few steps on how to change Safari default tab settings.
- With Safari open, click on “Safari” in the top menu bar and then select “Preferences”.
- Next you will need to select the “Tabs” tab option at the top. Now select the “Automatically” or “Always” options from the first setting option. And you should be good to go here. Enjoy!
